Green Peas Soup is very good source of proteins and easy to make.
For 5 people : Ingredients: 2 table spoon butter. 2 table spoon chopped onion. 1 table spoon chopped garlic. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage. 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower. 1/2 cup fresh green peas. 1 cup milk. 2 table spoon corn flour. salt and black pepper. shredded cheej or 1/4 cup cream. Procedure: 1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry onion and garlic into the butter. Add cabbage and cauliflower and peas into it. Add 4 cup water and boil all the vegetables. 2. Mix the corn flour into the milk and add it to the boiling soup. Add salt and black paper and boil it for 2-3 minutes. 3. Serve the soup adding cream or cheej on it. ENJOY!
