Ishmeet Singh the winner of the first Star Voice of India is no more with us. That is very shocking news and his fans may get upset because of this news. His funeral is held on Wednesday at his hometown Ludhiyana.

Ishmeet Singh who recently won the Star Voice of India contest landed in Maldives at around 12 PM this afternoon for a concert to be held on August 1st 2008. After lodging in a resort along with Vyom and Sumitra, the very talented singer got drowned in one of the swimming pool of the resort.

Ishmeet also took part in the recently concluded Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar contest on Star Plus. This has really come as a shock to Ishmeet’s family and the music industry in India.
